Email - forwarding or a POP3 account
Email Forwarding allows you to have your email sent to an alias which you can create yourself such as info@yourdomain.com. All email sent to the alias is then forwarded on to your primary email account such as johnsmith@aol.com.
Email forwarding is a great way to present a consistent corporate ID to your customers and is available free if you purchase your domain name from our EZYDOMAINS SITE
Our Email service can also be an email box with an allocation of disc space and a username and password in the form of a POP3 Account.
If you require more than one fully-fledged email boxes (POP3 Accounts) with your domain name then we can arrange these for a small additional fee..
IMPORTANT: If you wish to use our email service, your domain name must be delegated to our primary and secondary DNS servers. These are ns1.alterahosting.com 66.246.43.116 and ns2.alterahosting.com 66.246.50.2 respectively.
To enable our email service, or assistance on setting the DNS servers please send us a request using our feedback form
Email services and DNS server changes are actioned manually and will take 24 to 30 hours to take effect.

If you are not currently a customer of ours, you will first need to transfer your domain to us and pay for an extension to your domain registration before we can arrange Email forwarding.
